​                  ​According to 2018, the Office of the Permanent Secretary of  Ministry of Public Health  order No. 3997/2018 issued on November 19th, 2018 on the  subjects of an appointment of  government officials to carry out specific duties and directive order of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of  Ministry of Public Health  numbered 3998/2018.

                     ​Subject: Establishment of the Royal Initiative Project Office, the Royal Initiative and Special Activities Project, as an internal unit with  the status equivalent to a division under the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health. Its mission is to direct the project's activities.

                    ​The establishment of this office was made possible by the Royal Initiative, the Royal Initiative Project, and those related to the welfare of  all royal family members as in the health system, in accordance with the Ministry of Public Health's health policies and the development of public health services

​for the utmost benefit of the people. It serves as a central unit to coordinate cooperation and create a network between central departments and relevant units, promoting, supporting, monitoring, and evaluating performance. It also develops information systems to achieve quality results in health service operations, ensuring good public health, sustainable health, located on at the 8th  floor, Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health.

​                    ​In  2019, the Royal Initiative Project Office, the Royal Initiative and Special Activities Project, moved its previous location  from the former 8th  floor of the Department of Medical Sciences building, Ministry of Public Health, relocated to the meeting room of the Health Administration Division, 6th floor, Building 5 of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health.
