Working Group for Patients under Royal Patronage,
Royal Charity Patients, and Socially Disadvantaged Individuals
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Drafting official documents for patients receiving royal patronage and royal charity
2. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of patients under royal patronage and royal charity patients for the Provincial Public Health Office
3. Statistical work, data collection, and data compilation for patients under royal patronage and royal charity patients
4. Compiling academic reports on patient data for acknowledgement by management
5. Conducting visits to monitor patients under royal patronage
6. Visiting and conducting joint inspections with other units at the designated royal service facilities
7. Collaborating or supporting the work of other relevant units or as assigned
Work Outcomes for Patients Receiving Royal Patronage, Patients Receiving Royal Charities, and Socially Disadvantaged Individuals
Tasks on Patients under Royal Patronage and Royal Charity Patients:
- Organized a meeting on February 27th , 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 2, 2nd Floor, Building 1, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health, to discuss the work progress based on the indicators for patients under royal patronage and royal charity patients. The online Cisco Webex application was used for the meeting. Participants comprised representatives from the Provincial Public Health Offices of 76 provinces who were in charge of patient indicators. The Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health, Mr. Taweesin Visanuyothin, presided over and conducted the meeting with honors.
- Conducted field visits to monitor and evaluate the progress of work for patients under royal patronage and royal charity patients in Health District 8. This visit was overseen by Dr. Pramot Sathianrat, the Health Inspector of Health District 8, Ministry of Public Health.
- Participated in a meeting to discuss guidelines for developing a system for reporting and tracking patients under the Royal Patronage. and royal patronage Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health With Dr. Pramote Satianrat, Inspector General of the Ministry of Public Health, Health Region 8, chairing the meeting at the Phasakorn Conference Room, 3rd floor, Monthathip Hall Convention Center, Udon Thani Province.
Operations in collaboration with the Health Center Development Foundation in honor of Her Majesty the Queen's 60th Birthday Anniversary Nawaminthrachini.
- Attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting on November 22, 2022 at Chainat Renthorn Meeting Room, Building 1, 2nd Floor, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health, with Emeritus Clinical Professor Dr. Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn as chairman.
