        Roles and Responsibilities:
        1. Developing and administrating  the unit's website and social media platforms
2. Creating and managing patient tracking programs for the medical facilities operated by the Royal Household
3. Developing databases for patients within the Royal Household, encompassing the Taluakha and Talugrom sections, and the Royal Dhamri Project, via electronic media.
4. Regulating and upholding the usage of  audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms and units.
5. Inspecting, maintaining, and installing communication equipment, computer systems, telephony systems, and information technology within the unit
6. Producing  public relations media, such as magazines, newsletters, and bulletins
7. Disseminating information and works through websites and social media
8. Collaborating or supporting the work of related units or those assigned
       
    
    
      
        
The outcomes of the Information Technology and Public Relations Taskforce:
        1. Website Development and Management:
         - Established the official website for the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board, the Celebrations of the Auspicious Occasion, and special activities for the 2023 fiscal year. The budget allocation and approvals were obtained from the committee in the 2022 fiscal year.
        2. Development of Patient Database for the Royal Medical Services:
          - Undergoing review by the committee in two rounds for the development of a database for patients within the Royal Household's medical facilities. Awaiting budget allocation in the 2024 fiscal year.
        3. Creation of Royal Offering Document:
      
    
    
    
      
        
4. Online Public Relations:
        - The Office of the Royal Development Projects Board manages public relations through its Facebook page.
- Collaboration with the Information Office of the Ministry of Public Health to disseminate news about activities.
      
    
    
    
      
        
5. Staff Development Training:
        - Training on June 19th  2023, about the Ministry of Public Health's usage of reporting management system programs.
- Practical training on managing cyber-attack incidents in public health by elevating the knowledge and abilities of the staff to ensure cybersecurity in maintaining organizational systems, held from June 26th   to June 27th , 2023.
