Roles and Responsibilities
1. Crafting and refining the Office of Royal Development Projects Board's operational and strategic plans
2. Formulating the annual operational plan of the Office of Royal Development Projects Board
3. Preparing the budget proposal of the Office of Royal Development Projects Board
4. Driving the policy, strategic plan, and special projects, such as the Royal Development Projects
5. Compiling reports on performance according to the strategic plan, operational plan, and annual work plan to present to the management
6. Monitoring the progress of annual plans/projects and budgetary indicators aligned with the annual operational plan
7. Providing academic support on policies and plans to relevant units
8. Collaborating or supporting the work of related units or those assigned
Outcomes of the Strategy and Plan Group
1. Organizing/Attending meetings
- Attend a meeting every Tuesday in the first, third, and fifth weeks of the fiscal year 2023 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.in the meeting room in Building 1, 3rd floor of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health, in order to monitor the policies and operational directions of the Ministry and to participate in consultation meetings. Chairperson of the Ministry of Public Health is Mr. Opas Karnkawinpong, Permanent Secretary.
- Participated in a meeting to receive feedback on the draft proposal for the restructuring of the Ministry of Public Health, on Tuesday, July 25th , 2023, at the Topaz Room, 2nd floor of the Grand Rich Hotel, Nonthaburi. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Pongsakorn Khaimuk, where thoughts and comments were shared regarding the proposed government office division within the Ministry of Public Health.
2. Follow up on the performance of plans/projects for the fiscal year. and indicators according to the annual operational plan
- Organized a meeting to explain the indicators of the Office of Royal Initiative Projects. To support the Ministry of Public Health inspection plan for fiscal year 2023 on December 16, 2022 at the Royal Initiative Project Office meeting room. with Miss Pimrada Sirijit Thongchai Director of the Office of Royal Initiative Projects chaired the meeting. Participants included the Assistant Inspector General. and representatives from the health district office The objective is to clarify the guidelines for operating according to the indicators for patients under the royal patronage to achieve the target values.
- Participated in a meeting to consider details of Ministry of Public Health indicators. Fiscal year 2023 to have appropriate coverage. and can be used in supervision Follow up on results to achieve goals. By attending the meeting via electronic media using the Webex system on Wednesday, November 2, 2022
- Participated in a meeting to develop reporting on the performance of the Ministry of Public Health indicators through the HealthKPI system for fiscal year 2023 via electronic media using the Webex system on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Participated in the meeting to present the results of the evaluation of the Ministry of Public Health operational plan towards excellence for the 6-month cycle, fiscal year 2023, on June 21, 2023 at the Chainat Renthorn conference room, Building 1, 1st floor, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health.
- Attend a meeting to clarify the operational framework for creating work plans/projects. and indicators of the Ministry of Public Health Fiscal year 2024 on July 19, 2023
- Participate in working group meetings to prepare work plans/projects. and indicators of the Ministry of Public Health No. 1/2023 at Kamthon Suwankij Meeting Room, Building 1, 1st Floor, Department of Health on August 8, 2023

- Training to develop the potential of personnel in preparing plans/projects and indicators Under the operational plan of the Ministry of Public Health Fiscal year 2024 on March 21, 2023 at Mida Hotel Ngamwongwan, Nonthaburi Province. with Mr. Phongkasem Kaimook, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health Chaired the opening of the meeting
